AMIEE LYNN INC.

Packaging Solutions for Walmart

Starting in May 2023, I was onboarded to the Amiee Lynn Inc. Walmart Division as a Junior Packaging Designer. I supported the Senior Packaging Designer on the team to deliver finalized dielines and tech packs for Walmart's private brand items in jewelry and hair accessories along with staging and editing product photography.

March 2024, I was promoted to Interim Senior Packaging Designer for my team and took over the roles of my predecessor. I took on the responsibility of overseeing the conceptualization and production of the team's items, development of PDQ displays for Walmart's Way To Celebrate brand, and collaborate with the other team's Senior Packaging Designer to develop on-floor retail displays.

Over the course of 8 seasons I collaborated across multi-functional teams and worked alongside executives to deliver packaging solutions to 8 of Walmart's private brands: Time&Tru, No Boundaries, Wonder Nation, Hello Hobby, Pioneer Woman, Holiday Time, PBS Home Goods, and Way To Celebrate.

Time&Tru

Below you'll find a selection of PNG renders and tech packs for Walmart Time&Tru.

Wonder Nation

Below you'll find a selection of PNG renders and tech packs for Walmart Wonder Nation.

For S2'2025, the team was asked to develop a grid collection for Wonder Nation, which can be seen down below.

Due to varying packaging being used, I was tasked with sorting and positioning the collection to be harmonious and pleasing to the consumers' eye. The result, a grid focused on a cascading size order and a color transition motif from left to right.

Measurements for the display were taken in person to ensure accuracy, thus the render and items are too scale.

No Boundaries

PNG renders and tech packs for No Boundaries aren't available at this time.

During Summer 2024, the apparel Senior Packaging Designer and I worked together to develop floor palettes for No Boundaries for Spring 2025. Renders of the palette can be seen below.

Development relied mainly on calculating space needed and capacity. I developed custom carding for the hair accessories in order to develop a grid system that can hold the maximum amount of items.

Way To Celebrate

PNG renders and tech packs for No Boundaries aren't available at this time.

Spring 2024, the hair accessories & jewelry team and I started the conception for our Way To Celebrate Halloween collection pitch – consisting of a 200+ item selection.

One aspect was creating sidekick PDQs for add-on accessory items. With the team's Creative Director, we developed the concept of two sidekicks – one consisting of earrings & small accessories and the second of gothic items.

Both sidekicks were picked up for production – renders of the sidekick PDQs and a photo for the styling accessories display can be seen down below.
